As the anticipation for the Super Bowl reached its peak, nothing beat the thrill of gathering with clients and colleagues for a pre-game pizza event. It’s wonderful to see my clients and colleagues face-to-face at my pizza client event, providing an opportunity to truly understand their needs and preferences.

The Kona Ice event has become one of my favorite get-togethers of the year. It’s always a fun way to say thank you to clients for their support and referrals!

As luck would have it, the day was perfect for some Kona Ice fun. What a great way to spend a summer evening!

With the pandemic still in our midst, it was not possible to have an in-person Super Bowl client event. So instead I ordered pizzas for clients. It was definitely football weather with the temperatures well below freezing.

I am happy to support local businesses in my client events. This year, the pizzas came from the Original Dominick’s which is located at 8307 Harford Rd. in Parkville.

Happy Thanksgiving! My 2020 Pie Party was a drive-through event.

Every pie party is a little different from the last, but this year the pandemic has changed how we do everything. However, I still wanted to thank my clients for their support and business over the years.

Pandemic aside, the drive-through pie party was a success. I planned to have a tent outside, but the weather would not cooperate. St. Ursula’s Church was kind enough to let me use their vestibule because it was so windy.

Since we couldn’t get together in person to enjoy some donuts, I sent clients a donut making kit for Donut Day!

I love having events where my clients get together to share pies at Thanksgiving, ice cream or snow cones in the summer and other fun food tastings. However, this year I had to change it up because of COVID-19 and socially distancing. At the time of the Donut Day event, there was only carry out available.

Thanks to Steve Preis and Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. Steve hosted us for the quarterly networking event on February 5 in their Towson office.

A nice group of my business partners filled the conference room. We gather to share information and ideas. There was an interesting discussion about ways we can help each other in business and share referrals.

In addition, we had a nice conversation about our fantasy jobs. We considered how we can use the joy with have for that fantasy job and bring it to our current businesses.

These networking events are always a pleasant way to get together with like-minded people. We offend come up with business ideas, career goals, wishes and other plans for the future.
