St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Shamrock 5K
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day downtown. For move than 60 years, the streets are lined with fans who want to celebrate Irish culture, song & dance. The 5K starts at Charles & Franklin Sts. Enjoy the parade going from the Washington Monument to Pratt St. & Market Place.
Zoo Bloom
Come to the celebrate the new zoo season on Saturday March 16 from 10-4 pm. featuring Farm Day. Get out of hibernation and head to the Maryland Zoo for the first big event of the season. Welcome spring (and hopefully warmer weather) with special activities and treats for you and the animals, as well as learning about the animals that live on farms. All activities are included with Zoo admission!

Pollinator Gardening Workshop is on March 16 from 11-2 at Maryland Agricultural Resource Council, 1114 Shawan Road Cockeysville, MD 21030. The workshop will cover many topics to help you get started on your pollinator garden or help you incorporate pollinator-friendly plants in any space!
Underground Railroad
Baltimore & The Underground Railroad our free guided walking tour will begin in the spring of 2019 and will include Frederick Douglass, Harriet Tubman, and also many other noteworthy individuals.
