Festival of Trees
The east coast’s largest holiday extravaganza is here again. the Festival of Trees is a three-day, family-friendly event featuring more than 700 uniquely decorated holiday trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses, entertainment, princess visits, over 100 gift boutiques, and jolly old St. Nick. This event is a fundraiser to support the children of Kennedy Krieger Institute.

The African-American Community in Fell’s Point 1797-1860’s

Arts of Asia
According to the Walers Art Museum, “Arts of Asia, the Walters’ new installation is one of the most exceptional collections of Asian art in North America. The dramatic display offers a rich exploration of artistic traditions from diverse cultures and regions across India, Nepal, Tibet, China, Korea, Japan, Myanmar, Thailand, and Cambodia. The stunning array of 150 works spanning 2,000 years includes more than 30 objects that have never been on view.”

Charm City Fringe Festival
Charm City Fringe Festival, “Voted “Best Eclectic Festival” by Baltimore Magazine, Charm City Fringe Festival celebrates cutting-edge and quirky theater and performing arts November 2-12, 2017 throughout 11 days of performances across multiple venues. Together, Baltimore’s theater community is greater than the sum of its parts. Charm City Fringe, aims to connect and elevate the theater community, engage existing audiences, attract non-traditional theatergoers, and reach out to communities not commonly represented. Baltimore Farmers’ Market & Bazaar
Under the overpass at the end of the JFX is where you will find Baltimore most well known farmers’ market. You name it, you can find it here: fresh produce, baked goods, food vendors, meat, eggs and even jewelry. It’s a family friendly place on Sunday mornings downtown.
