Although granite counters and stainless steel appliances may have been a pre-requisite to your purchase, what is it REALLY that you love about your home?
When we purchased our home twelve years ago we knew we were buying a solid built home with “good bones”. Room by room we’ve put our personal stamp updating, painting, and decorating; which has been, and continues to be, a never ending adventure. But what is most important to me about this home are the memories it holds; cliché, I know.
I distinctly remember when we first moved in, Gabriel squealing with delight as he ran circles around our yard or watching Isabel take her first steps in our living room. I have clear memories of seeing the look from family of “I ate too much” on MANY Thanksgivings or the kids screeching on Christmas morning when Santa had delivered LOTS of gift. I will never forget the support we felt after an open house before Dave’s deployment. Sleepovers, birthdays, holidays, and client parties have all been held in the this home and each of those events comes with a lasting memory with or without stainless steel appliances. That’s what I love most about this home.
